Payment:

We use Paypal as our payment processor. You do not need a paypal account to complete your purchase. After you choose check out with paypal, you will be directed to the payment option of logging into paypal or entering your payment without logging in.

Shipping:

All packages are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Service
Most orders will ship within one business day
Shipping rates are a flat rate per order

If actual postage cost is significantly different than the flat rate, we will make an adjustment to your cost.
Letter mail is available by request. Please note that letter mail is not insurable or guaranteed but can offer substantial savings over parcel delivery for small orders.

Lost or Undelivered Packages
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for undelivered packages.  Please contact your post office in the event of a non delivery.  Once you've contacted Canada Post, let us know and we will assist in any way we can to locate your missing package.  We cannot offer a credit or refund in the event of lost or undelivered purchases.

Instore Pickup

If you live in the area you may choose to pick up your items at the store.
You're pickup order is usually completed and ready for pickup within a few hours. Please give us a call or wait for an email indicating your order is ready for pickup prior to arriving at the shop.

Returns

Cut fabrics, books, patterns, thread, kits, rulers and a few other items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective. Other items may be eligible to be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in “like-new” condition. Any shipping on returns will be at the expense of the buyer. The returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address and phone number.  Contact us for a return authorization prior to returning.
Cancelled orders will incur a 5% administration fee.

Errors on the website/instore
In the event that a product is listed with incorrect information or price, we reserve the right to correct such information or price and orders will be revised to reflect the corrected information/price.

Coupons
Coupons must be entered at the time of checkout. They cannot be applied after you have checked out of the website or by leaving a note for us to manually apply the coupon. The discount will show for the items that are eligible for discount. Not all products are eligible for a discount. Oliso irons, Fireside, solids, precuts, kits, Tilda and Creative Grids products are not eligible for the discounts.
